Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, and shipping is always free. Every order whether it's a single mitt or a Duo Pack comes with free, fully tracked delivery. No minimums, no add ons, and no shipping line sneaking onto your total at checkout.
How long it takes
Getting your order to you has two parts: the time we take to prepare it, and the time the carrier takes to deliver it.
- Processing: 1–3 business days the time we take to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
- Delivery: 7–12 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Most orders arrive comfortably within these windows.
Tracking every step
Every Homipaw order is fully tracked. The moment your package leaves our facility, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
A note on delivery times
Our delivery estimates are given in good faith, but they aren't guarantees. Every so often, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or busy holiday periods can add a little time beyond the usual window. If your tracking ever looks stuck or something doesn't seem right, email us at homipawcontact@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you personally.
