If Homipaw isn't for you, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund not 30 days from when you clicked “buy,” but 30 days from when it actually lands in your hands. Lifetime replacement guarantee
Homipaw is built to be reused for years, not thrown away after a week. If your mitt ever stops doing its job because of a manufacturing or material defect, we'll replace it for life. This covers genuine defects; the ordinary wear that comes from years of everyday use is normal, but a real fault is on us.
How to start a refund or replacement
Email homipawcontact@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what's going on. That's the whole process — a real person will get back to you and sort it out.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your Homipaw shows up damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, send us a photo or a short video showing the problem, along with your order number. Once we've seen it, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund whichever you'd prefer.
You usually won't need to send anything back
In most cases, we won't ask you to ship the product back to us. Returning a small item often costs more than it's worth, so we'd rather simply resolve things and let you keep or recycle your mitt. If a return is ever necessary, we'll give you clear instructions on where to send it.
When you'll see your refund
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
After the 30 days
We don't offer change-of-mind refunds once the 30-day window has closed. Your lifetime replacement guarantee against defects, though, never expires.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? As long as your order hasn't shipped that's within the 1–3 business day processing window we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order is on its way, it can't be canceled, but our 30-day money-back guarantee still has you covered.
